Blowin' in the Wind...NOT!
I have learned another life lesson! Buying a wind chime is not the time to pinch pennies. One might think that one wind chime is pretty much like any other wind chime. I am here to tell you, that is not the case. The only time I have heard this $10 claptrap make any noise is when Kevin accidentally walks into it...daily. There's a mini hurricane going on right now, and not a hint of chiming.
